Trips and Activities

To enhance Section meetings and provide the best opportunities for all members, we organize various trips and activities. Very few activities are prohibited for members of The Scout Association; therefore, if there is enough interest, we will do our best to arrange it.

However, when organizing trips or activities, we often need to set a cutoff date for responses. This is typically necessary for purchasing tickets, completing required risk assessments, and coordinating with the “home contact” for the event using the InTouch system.

These cutoff dates will be strictly enforced. If your child is unable to attend a trip or activity after being accepted, please inform us as soon as possible.

InTouch

InTouch is the system used to manage communications during all Scout activities and events. It is designed to be flexible, allowing event organisers to implement a communication system that best suits their specific circumstances.
