Scouts Annual report 19/20

Scout Section report April 2019 to April 2020

It has been an active & varied year for the Scout troop, some of the activities we have run are :- backwards cooking, hike/map work, bottle rocket, shooting, DIY, Veggie racing, Knife/axe/Saw skills, Balista wars, wide games, sensor challenge, drug/drink social media awareness, pioneering/ Lion Santa slay.

Camping has always been important to the troop this year including Camping competition Frost camp, and for the 1st time in recent history a very successful traditional green field summer camp.

250 + badges have been presented indicating the activities/work/achievements of the Scouts.

To the end of this “business” year we are entering the uncertainty of Covid-19, I am sure we will be able to provide Scouting in some form during this period..

A big thanks you to my fellow Scouters that have made all this possible.

Scout numbers as off Apirl 2020 is 28
