Leatherhead District Beaver ‘Magic’ Camp 2019

At the beginning of July many of the 1st Leatherhead Beavers from both colonies join over 100 beavers from 5 other groups to enjoy a weekend of fun and friends at Boidier Hurst Scout Camp site.

There was much to do all day with bases that help beavers earn many activity badges as well as their Official Beaver Wizard Badge! To end Saturday there was a fantastic Campfire which was Introduced by our GSL Stuart and joined by Sarah from 1st Ashtead, Caroline one of the Districts beaver leaders with her 1st Fetcham Colleague Debs. They all did a fantastic job and to cap off the campfire our District commissioner Malcolm finished of the songs before a welcome mug of hot chocolate and bed.
